* Your "Must-Pack" Travel Guide*

It's easy to forget things when you're packing, no matter how organized you are. Here's our list of things you shouldn't leave home without:

• If you're on medication, pack enough for your whole trip, along with a first aid kit containing bandaids, aspirin and diarrhoea or motion sickness tablets.
• If you're going to be doing a lot of walking around, a comfortable pair of shoes (preferably pre-worn) are a must.
• Make three photocopies of your passport, credit cards, traveller's cheque serial numbers and itinerary, then leave on a copy at home with your family or friends, pack another in your suitcase and the third in your handbag.
• Take and alarmclock or a watch with an alarm for those early morning starts- and make sure you know how to set it properly.
• Take extra batteries for your camera and alarm clock.
• Make sure to include a sewing kit - it's always while you're on holidays that those buttons fall off and pants seams split.
• Travel sized toiletries are lighter and take up less room
• Take an address book with all your friends' addresses for post cards and more importantly, the emergency contact details of everyone you might need to contact, from consulates and embassies to your travel insurance company.
